Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hardworking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program blending field-based and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

After completing the program you will relocate to an assigned territory, become a Sales Professional, and work to meet monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds software, marketing services, printed business forms and promotional products

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with <2 moving violations in 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and ability to build customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training and relocate after.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to new and existing customers in your territory.
