Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with both field-based and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100% and work with a Sales Mentor in your territory. Upon completion you will relocate to an assigned territory and pursue monthly and annual quotas selling Reynolds products and services to automotive

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
