Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program, with both field-based and classroom training; classroom sessions occur at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, and field training with a Sales Mentor in your territory.

Travel with our teams and complete training with 80-100% travel. After completing the program, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
Willing to relocate after completion of training.

Responsibilities

Relocate to assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.
Travel with customer service and installation teams to gain product knowledge; 80-100% travel during training.
