Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated individuals to join as an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based work with classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel extensively (80-100%), work with a Sales Mentor, and support calls to learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel (80-100%) during training and relocate after completion.

Responsibilities

• Relentless pursuit of monthly and annual quotas after training.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to assigned territory.
