Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month training program with both field-based and classroom training, located at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100% as you observe sales and assist your mentor. After completion, you relocate to a territory and start as a Sales Professional, responsible for quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month sales training program (field and classroom).
• Relocate to a territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve monthly and annual quotas selling Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships.
