The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. The 12-month training combines field and classroom instruction, with initial work at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you travel up to 80-100% and later relocate to an assigned territory to pursue quotas selling Reynolds products and services to auto dealers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to travel 80-100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program, including field and classroom training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and meet monthly and annual quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive customers in your territory.
