Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with field based and classroom style training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

After training you relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, selling to automotive customers and meeting monthly/annual quotas. Relocation assistance is provided; 80-100% travel during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in 5 years.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Sell Reynolds products and services in assigned automotive territory.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas.
• Travel with customers and support teams as needed.
