Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hard-working individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee role. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field and classroom-based learning, with classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training, expect 80-100% travel and hands-on mentorship in your territory. Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional and work to meet monthly and annual

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in and complete the 12-month sales training program.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas.
