Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom training, including Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

The program involves travel 80-100% during training and relocation to an assigned territory upon completion to become a Sales Professional.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years; no OVI/DUI/DWI in last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel 80–100% during training and relocate after program.

Responsibilities

• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet designated monthly and annual quotas.
• Travel with the customer service and installation teams to learn products.
