The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks a motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with both field-based and classroom-style sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

You’ll travel extensively during training and relocate afterward to a territory as a Sales Professional. Upon completion, you will drive sales of Reynolds software, marketing services, and other products to new and existing automotive customers, with relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to travel 80-100% during training.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field- and classroom-based components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet monthly and annual sales quotas for Reynolds products and services.
