Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee role. You will enroll in a 12-month training program combining field-based and classroom instruction, with sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, and real-world mentorship in your territory.

During training you can expect heavy travel (80-100%), followed by relocation to your assigned territory to become a Sales Professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to relocate after training; 80–100% travel during training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and begin selling Reynolds products.
• Aim to meet monthly and annual sales quotas after training.
