Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You’ll enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training, you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays. After completion, you’ll relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, achieving quotas with Reynolds’ software, marketing services, and promotional products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to travel (80–100% during training).
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Sell to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
• Relocate after training and start as a Sales Professional.
• Meet monthly/annual quotas for Reynolds products and services.
