Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. This 12-month training blends fieldwork with classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

You will travel 80-100% during training with a Sales Mentor and then relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Good time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive customers.
