Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with both field and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

After completing the program you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, selling to automotive customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license with limited moving violations
• Bachelors degree required
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willing to travel 80-100% during training
• Willing to relocate after training

Responsibilities

• During the 12-month training, participate in field-based and classroom sessions
• Travel with Sales Mentor and observe calls to learn the sales process
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive customers
• Meet monthly and annual quotas upon completion of training
