Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds seeks motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join a 12-month training program combining field and classroom learning. Training occurs at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with 80-100% travel during the training period.

After completion, you will relocate to a territory to pursue sales quotas in automotive software, services, and promotional products. Relocation assistance is provided, and you will advance to a Sales Professional role selling to new and existing

• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel and relocate after training.
