The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with both field and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

The program covers dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. After completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, working to meet monthly and annual quotas.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12 month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and achieve monthly/annual quotas.
• Travel 80-100% during training and beyond to meet customers.
