Reynolds and Reynolds seeks motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based mentorship and classroom courses at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays, learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. After completion, you relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional with relocation assistance and quota

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities
