Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hardworking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12‑month sales training program with field and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, gaining skills in dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation.

During training you will travel with overnight stays 80-100% of the time. Upon completion you relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional,

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with minimal violations.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to assigned territory after training and achieve monthly/annual quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships.
• Travel 80-100% during training.
