Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our team. The 12‑month program combines field‑based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80–100% and, after completion, relocate to an assigned territory to pursue quotas selling automotive software, marketing services, forms and promotional products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 80–100% during training and relocation after program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12‑month training program with field and classroom components.
