Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program, with classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, and field-based mentorship in your territory.

You will travel extensively during training, including overnight stays. Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional and work toward monthly and yearly sales quotas for Reynolds

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program comprising field-based and classroom-style training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships.
