Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our 12‑month program. Classroom training occurs at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, while field training is in your territory with a Sales Mentor.

You will also travel with service and installation teams to learn products. Upon completion, you relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional, achieving monthly and annual quotas by selling high‑end software, marketing services, forms and promotional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to travel 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after completion of the training program.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after completing the training program.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to both new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the Sales Mentor during field training and expand product knowledge.
