Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join a 12‑month training program. Training combines field‑based and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with extensive travel during the program.

After completing the training, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive dealers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12‑month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and pursue quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Travel with overnight stays during training to gain product knowledge and experience.
