Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom-style instruction, located at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

Upon completion, you relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for achieving quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive customers nationwide, with travel 80-100% during training

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record and no major violations in recent years.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willing to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom instruction.
• During training, travel 80-100% with overnights and field exposure with a Sales Mentor.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after program completion and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive customers.
• Sell to both new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
