Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is hiring Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees for a comprehensive 12-month training program focusing on sales techniques and dealership operations. Trainees will gain hands-on experience with field mentors and participate in classroom training at Reynolds University.

Upon completion, trainees will be assigned to a territory as Sales Professionals, responsible for achieving sales quotas for various automotive solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel 80-100% during training.
• Valid driver's license with appropriate history.
