You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (low violations).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.
