Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. The 12-month program combines field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with travel up to 80-100% during training.

Upon completion, you relocate to a territory and pursue monthly/annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive businesses. The role offers a clear path from trainee to Sales Professional, with relocation support provided by the

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after completing the training program.

Responsibilities

• Completes 12-month sales training with field and classroom components.
