Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is hiring entry-level territory-based sales representatives to drive growth in small and mid-sized businesses. You will receive comprehensive training to sell supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their workforce.

The role includes a mix of one-on-one meetings and group presentations, with autonomy to manage your own schedule. You will engage decision-makers, schedule client meetings, and travel within your territory to expand your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client network.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners and managers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with management guidance.
• Record daily activity and progress updates.
