Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level salesperson to join our outside direct sales team. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, with full training provided.

The role emphasizes building relationships, scheduling meetings, and meeting quarterly targets across a dedicated territory. A valid license or willingness to obtain one is required, along with a clean background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree or with relevant sales background considered.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; training provided).
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory with direct client meetings and presentations for small to large groups.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and maintain client relationships.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Follow up on referrals and re-service existing clients.
• Record daily sales activity and progress toward targets.
