Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new territory through direct, in-person client visits. You will work with a dynamic team to acquire new clients and retain them through effective relationship building.

You will receive comprehensive training, meet business owners and decision-makers, and present industry-leading supplemental insurance products. The role emphasizes autonomy, schedule management, and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training provided

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products
• Schedule meetings with clients to understand insurance needs and follow up on leads
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and re-service existing clients
• Record daily sales activity and meet monthly/quarterly targets
• Coordinate with the sales team manager to optimize territory performance
