W.B. Mason in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to grow our outside sales footprint. You’ll travel your assigned territory, meet local businesses, demo products, and present tailored pricing while guiding new clients to MasonvilleGO.

You’ll work with inside sales and onboarding teams, attend branch meetings, and enjoy competitive pay with bonus opportunities plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Hitting the road in your assigned territory to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions of new accounts
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported
