Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to introduce W.B. Mason's products and services.
• Demonstrate products, share web tools, and provide custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions of new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
