Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to expand our outside sales footprint. You will visit local businesses, present a full range of office supplies and services, and drive new accounts with consultative selling and competitive pricing.

You’ll work with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions, and participate in branch meetings to stay connected and supported as you grow your market and outside sales career.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce them to W.B. Mason's products and services.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings and leverage the team to grow the market and your outside sales career.
