Job summary

W.B. Mason is looking for a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in the New Jersey region. You will visit local businesses, present our wide range of workplace products, and build lasting client relationships.

You'll collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are set up smoothly, with strong support and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or related roles.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to your assigned territory, meeting local businesses and introducing W.B. Mason's full range of products and services.
• Demo products, provide pricing information, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and strong account support.
