Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a driven Market Development Specialist to join our outside sales team in Florida.

This full-time role focuses on building relationships with local businesses and demonstrating our complete range of workplace products and services. You’ll travel across your territory, meet potential clients, present custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO, while collaborating with inside sales and onboarding teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road and explore your territory to engage local businesses.
• Demo products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing to clients.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO in coordination with internal teams.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
