Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an energetic, entry-level territory sales representative to reach small and mid-sized businesses with supplemental insurance solutions. You’ll receive extensive training and build your own client portfolio.

You’ll use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, visit local businesses, and present to groups of 50–100+. A valid driver’s license and an active health & life insurance producer license (or willingness to obtain it) are required; licensing costs

Qualifications

• Background check passed or willing to pass pre-employment background check.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• License to sell health & life insurance in resident state (or willingness to obtain; study course provided).

Responsabilités

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your territory network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to discuss insurance needs with clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, re-service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager; record daily activity.

Formation

Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience (or related sales/athletic background)

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state

Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
