Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory-based Sales Representative. The role focuses on engaging small and mid-sized businesses to introduce supplemental insurance solutions.

You will receive comprehensive training and gain experience through direct client interactions, calls, and group presentations. You will manage your own schedule, visit local businesses, and build a client portfolio while working toward monthly and quarterly targets with support from the sales team.

Qualifications

• Self-management and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience (sales or related).
• Willingness to obtain state Life & Health license if not possessed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your network.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners.
• Present insurance solutions to business clients and staff.
• Record daily activity and progress with the sales manager.
