Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business through in-person calls with small and medium-sized businesses. You will train with a collaborative team of producers focused on new client acquisition and retention, driving growth in your own territory.

You will meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to present industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services, while managing relationships with benefits managers

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience or equivalent.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license with provided study course and license reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Make in-person sales calls to develop new business within your territory.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess needs.
• Visit businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track activities.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
