Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to cover a designated territory. You will target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

Expect to interact with owners, benefits managers, and employees, and occasionally present to larger groups. We provide extensive classroom and field training, a supportive team environment, and clear paths for growth.

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years work experience in sales or athletic background considered

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
