Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious entry-level sales professional for an outside direct sales role in Kentucky. You will target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products.

The role offers comprehensive training, a commission-based structure with draws, and ongoing professional development. A valid driver’s license and a state license (or willingness to obtain one) are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team; manage your own schedule.
