Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven entry-level Territory-based Sales Representative to drive adoption of our supplemental insurance solutions. You will receive comprehensive training and manage a personal territory, including on-site visits to small and medium businesses.

You’ll engage decision-makers, present product showcases to groups, and build a growing client portfolio while targeting monthly and quarterly sales goals. No prior sales required, license support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
