Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level territory-based sales representative to grow our supplemental insurance client base. The role includes thorough training, field outreach, and a mix of one-on-one and small-group presentations.

You will use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and build your portfolio while pursuing monthly and quarterly targets. A valid driver’s license and a resident-state Life/Health license (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with comprehensive training provided.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain.
• Candidates with no prior sales experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Develop and manage your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
