Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious entry-level outside sales professional to cover their dedicated territory. You will meet directly with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, with training provided to support new entrants.

You will interact with owners, benefits managers, and employees, sometimes presenting to groups of 50–100+. The role emphasizes independence, results, and career growth in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales or athletic background considered within 6 months of degree.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients; expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to a weekly schedule; submit it to the manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
