Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to join our team. You will meet directly with business owners and decision-makers to promote top supplemental insurance products and services, with comprehensive training provided.

You will build a personal client portfolio, schedule meetings, and respond to inquiries while earning commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales or related areas will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to cultivate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
