Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers to promote leading supplemental insurance products and services, with training provided to support newcomers and seasoned reps alike.

The role emphasizes independence, a strong client-network approach, and measurable targets, with opportunities for growth, commissions, and performance-based advancement.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
