Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level sales professional to drive outside direct sales across an assigned territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, both to businesses and their employees.

You will receive comprehensive training, learn to use Salesforce, and build a growing client portfolio through consistent activity and team support.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit to manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
