Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious entry-level outside sales professional to target small and medium businesses across various industries. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products, with 50–100+ attendee group presentations when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or athletic background.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain; study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager; record daily activity.
