Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician based in Madison, WI, with relocation support. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center to maintain continuity across campuses.

You will respond to incidents using video feeds and data, coordinating with internal teams and services to restore normal operations swiftly. Shift flexibility and U.S. work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
