Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry‑level Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and provide excellent member service in person or by phone. The role involves cash handling, account maintenance, and following standard procedures with supervision.

You will gain foundational knowledge of CXone, branch systems, and financial products while supporting daily transactions, deposits, and inquiries. Regular attendance and ongoing training are required to grow into more advanced duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CCUE/AA/AS options preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member trust.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person with exemplary service.
• Handle routine branch transactions and balance cash drawer to standards.
• Assist with drive-through and in-branch operations as needed.
• Process wire transfers and currency exchange per policies.
• Maintain records and handle routine administrative duties.
• Learn and follow branch procedures and MIP guidelines.
