SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to support branch operations and deliver exemplary member service by phone and in person. You will learn branch procedures, process transactions, balance cash drawers, and assist with account origination and maintenance, with training on CXone and financial products.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence.
• Complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person, including cash handling.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer.
• Follow branch procedures and security controls.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance as learning progresses.
• Support cross-department collaboration to fulfill member requests.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested.
• Maintain daily records and reports as required.
