Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's or CCUE preferred.
• Must possess SECU Core Values.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member trust.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Complete Core Module Program within 12 months.
• Office environment with proximity to staff and members.
• Physical demands include sitting, keyboard use, and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person, including cash box management and account origination/maintenance.
• Balance a cash drawer in accordance with Performance Measurement Criteria standards.
• Balance vault, ATMs, teller cash dispenser, and coin sorter.
• Process transactions and help verify and prepare cash deliveries.
• Assist with wire transfers and foreign currency exchanges.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested.
• Maintain records for various reports (return items, forgeries).
• Provide referrals to Financial Advisory and Real Estate services as appropriate.
